The BamaLoveSoul Bossa Mix

Back when I featured Mônica da Silva’s music, I said that I wanted to find out more about Bossa Nova music. I loved the laid back, ’60s lounge vibe that comes out of the Brazilian rooted genre. About a week ago, BamaLoveSoul, an awesome blog located a few hours to the north of me in Birmingham, Alabama, released this fantastic Bossa Mix. For anyone unfamiliar with this warm styling of music, this Bossa Mix is the perfect place to start your journey into the genre. Get ready to immerse yourself into an hour long mix that showcases some fantastic, contemporary interpretations of the classic Bossa Nova. I’ll be coming back to this one quite a bit.
