Alesso – Years (Millertime Edit)

The last time I featured a Millertime Edit on here, things seriously got crazy. His reworking of Deadmau5’s There Might Be Coffee rocketed up the HypeMachine popular charts to #1, and a wave of EDM and house fans flocked to The Record Stache. Even though I said, “I’m not usually a fan of mash-ups, remixes, or edits,” my email was still flooded with mash-ups, remixes, and edits. Not to mention, the trolls came out like I was one of the Three Billy Goats Gruff trying to cross a bridge. Anyway. I’ve reformatted since then, embraced the new attention, and brought on a writer to focus on mash-ups, remixes, and edits, because I want all of the hard working, deserving musicians to get the attention they deserve. Well, it’s a couple of weeks later and Millertime is back again with another track. This time, he takes the instrumental from Alesso’s Years and throws in Example’s vocals off of Calvin Harris’ We’ll Be Coming Back. This may just be the jam to keep your party going all through the weekend.
